Freight Program
All Ginger Michelle orders will ship freight free via ups ground.
Receipt of Orders
All orders of in stock merchandise will ship within 24-48 hours of credit approval.All orders currently ship via ups.The freight free program is only for the continental U.S.
We do not ship to PO boxes. UPS does not offer Saturday pickup.Orders placed Thursday or Friday may not ship until Monday.
International Orders
All International orders are shipped via USPS and freight quotes will be supplied for acceptance by the customer prior to shipping.
Priority Shipping
Due to the prohibitive cost we do not offer next day air. We do offer 2nd day air at $40.00 and Three day select at $20.00.
Ground Times
All orders ship from Macon Ga. Normal ground times are as follows; Southeast US 1-3 business days, Midwest US 3-6 business days, Northeast US 3-6 business days,
Southwest and Mountain US 5-8 business days, West Coast 7-10 business days.

Sales Tax
Only items shipped within the state of Georgia will have 7% sales tax added to the order total. We do not collect sales tax on orders shipped to other states.
Return Policy
Ginger Michelle will accept returns within five days of customer receipt. All returned product must be in original packaging and in factory new condition. All returned product must be accompanied by the original invoice. No returns will be accepted without a factory return authorization number.

Upon receipt and inspection a full credit will be issued to customers credit card.All returned freight will be at the customers expense.
Any product which proves to be defective within 7 days of delivery may be returned for replacement (with identical model) without incurring restocking charges. GingerMichelle will cover the cost of shipping replacement items. Merchandise that arrives damaged requires special attention. Contact us immediately in such case at 478-746-3025.
IMPORTANT: Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks from the time we receive your package for returns or exchanges to be processed. Note that we are not responsible for returns lost by the shipping company.
